“Every aspect of this company gets an A+ ! Betty (who answers the phone)felt like an instant friend! Steve was right on time and worked diligently to find the problem and tried to resolve it without having to replace the unit. When it was know that we would have to replace the unit, they were so kind and almost "hated" to have to give me the price! We did get another estimate and immediately (!!!) called Betty back! The other company's charge was almost twice as much! I've actually never done a review before…and since reading other's reviews is what made me call Montgomery in the first place, I wanted to add mine! If there were more than 5 stars, I would use them all!”
