Steve, who came to our house for the repair work, was very understanding to my situation. Steve and I agreed that the unit we have may not have those many years left on it and it doesn’t make sense to spend hundreds of dollars in buying parts. Alternatively he came up with a brilliant solution to fix the fan shroud which was making noise. In addition, Steve stopped by after hours because there was an issue with wiring that was shutting the A/C unit down.
