“I came to know about your company through comments on nextdoor.com. When I called I was given same day appointment but it was for a late afternoon . The tech that was sent Dwayne was very professional, diagnosed the issue, replaced the igniter, and cleaned the flame sensor. Upon his arrival, I even cautioned him I was not looking to hear major cost given my gas furnace was aging (past two decades). I guess he know that is what every customer's trepidation is with aging equipment. Dwayne was superb and took care of what is needed to repair with reasonable price. The gas furnace is now kicking and alive. By the way, he even noticed a heavy box of flooring material left by contractors in the attic, and it was placed precariously over wires and pipes. I have had other service technician before, but none were as observant as he was (including myself). When I told him I will remove the box from the attic, he carried the heavy box from the attic to the corridor upstairs. This was a gesture I never expected. It was beyond the bound of service he came to carry out.”
